Privacy Policy

Updated September 12, 2026

This policy describes how 321 Daily uses information when you browse our site, subscribe to our newsletter, ask a question or request a local service. The linked partner sites and other providers may have their own privacy policies.

Information you provide

  • Newsletter subscriptions: your email address, subscription preferences and information about where you signed up. We use beehiiv to manage subscriptions and deliver email. Delivery and engagement information, including opens and link clicks where available, helps us understand newsletter performance. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter.
  • Service requests and messages: contact details, location or property information, service needs and the messages you choose to submit. We use these to respond, arrange provider follow-up and manage requests.
  • Ask 321 Daily: your question, conversation context and the page where you ask. We record questions, answers and technical diagnostics to improve reliability and reduce abuse. Questions may be processed by our locally hosted model or Cloudflare's AI service. Avoid including payment details, passwords or other sensitive information.
  • Community submissions: information you submit for listings, events, deals or other public features may be published when the submission is intended for public display.

Analytics, cookies and browser storage

We use Google Analytics and our own measurement tools to understand visits, newsletter signups and service inquiries. Information can include pages visited, referring links, campaign tags, browser and device details, approximate country, session identifiers and interactions such as telephone-link clicks. Our event records use a hashed IP identifier for abuse prevention and measurement; hosting and security providers also process connection information.

Cookies and browser storage can remember sessions and how a visitor reached us. Our browser attribution record is treated as valid for up to 90 days. When you follow a link to one of our partner service sites, campaign and session information can accompany the link so we can understand which content led to a request.

See how Google uses information from partner sites. You can manage cookies and stored site data in your browser, and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking storage may affect saved preferences and attribution.

Service providers and commercial partners

We use providers for hosting, security, analytics, newsletter delivery and payment processing. For example, Cloudflare supports the site's infrastructure, beehiiv supports newsletter delivery, and Stripe handles payments in applicable business services. Their processing is governed by the relevant service arrangements and privacy notices.

If you request a service, we may share your contact details and job information with providers who can respond. Some providers pay to receive eligible leads. The partner network includes 321 Junk, Brevard Roof Co., ClearCoast, Orbit Pools, DryResponse and TropicCut. Following a partner link or submitting a request may bring you into contact with a separate business.

Affiliate links may direct you to a merchant that uses its own cookies and measurement tools. 321 Daily may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. See our editorial and commercial disclosures.

Google advertising and your choices

Google display ads are not currently active on 321 Daily. We are preparing a limited AdSense pilot. This section explains the advertising practices that will apply if Google ads are enabled.

Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to select ads using earlier visits to this site and other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow it and its partners to personalize advertising across participating sites. Other participating ad networks may use their own cookies as well. Advertising services also process information for measurement and fraud prevention.

You can change Google ad-personalization preferences in My Ad Center, and explore participating companies' opt-outs through YourAdChoices. These choices do not necessarily remove all ads or all measurement. Before the pilot starts, we will configure applicable consent and privacy messages and provide the corresponding on-site controls.

Retention and requests

Records support the purposes described above, including subscription management, responding to requests, operational reporting and abuse prevention. Retention differs by record and provider; the browser attribution period does not mean all server records are automatically deleted after 90 days.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact page. Include enough information to locate the relevant subscription or request, but do not send sensitive documents in an initial message. We may need to verify a request and retain information where necessary for legal obligations, security or outstanding transactions.

We will update this page as our services and data practices change. Our family guides are written for parents and caregivers; children should not submit personal information through the newsletter, Ask or service-request forms.
